The 2026 Tampa Bay Parade of Homes, which covers Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties, recently concluded its official tour dates for this year.
Hosted by the Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA), the event took place over two weekends:
- Weekend 1: March 6 – 8, 2026
- Weekend 2: March 13 – 15, 2026
What to Know Now
Even though the formal “event” weekends have passed, many of the featured model homes remain open for daily viewing as they are standard builder models in active communities.
- Self-Guided Continuing Tours: You can still use the official Tampa Bay Parade of Homes website to view the digital map and builder profiles. Most models are open Monday–Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM) and Sunday (12 PM – 6 PM).
- Participating Areas: In Hillsborough County, you’ll find featured homes in high-growth areas like Southshore (Riverview/Apollo Beach), Westchase, Lutz, and Odessa.
- Upcoming Awards: The official Awards Reception to honor the “Best in Class” winners for 2026 is scheduled for Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at the Bob Buckhorn River Center in Tampa.
